  • Also, you should know that your body can change slowly. You might lose weight slowly, but if you don’t see the results you want, then you probably want to change things. Maybe your weight is dropping because you are not getting enough sleep or because you aren’t eating the right food.
  • When you give yourself a chance to make mistakes or find out what you want, it’s likely to be a good thing. Having an open mind and loving your body is important to see results quickly. This kind of open mind and knowing yourself is a crucial part of gaining good results.
